Because every jar is freshly pressed in small batches with no preservatives, all sales are final. Orders cannot be exchanged or cancelled once placed.

By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this all-sales-final policy.

If a jar arrives damaged, leaking, or spoiled, email info@rootedmylk.com within 24 hours of pickup with a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement on the next batch — at our discretion.

All orders are pickup only at 4171 Lyndale Ave N, Minneapolis. Your pickup window is emailed after checkout. Missed pickups can be rescheduled once; after that the order is forfeited.

We do not use single-use bottles, cartons, or disposable packaging. Bring your own washed, clean glass jar with a tight lid (up to 32oz) — mason, weck, or anything already in your cupboard — and we refill it fresh.

This is how we keep waste out of the process entirely. No plastic, no labels to peel, nothing to track. Your jar, reused week after week.

We inspect every jar before filling and reserve the right to refuse any jar that is cracked, chipped, or not thoroughly cleaned. Please make sure your jar is washed, clean, and arrives with a tight-fitting lid.

Once your filled jar leaves our hands, Rooted Mylk is not responsible for breakage, spillage, loss, or any damage that occurs after pickup.

Mylks are best enjoyed within 5 days of purchase. Keep refrigerated at all times. Natural separation is normal — give the jar a gentle shake before pouring.

Our mylks contain tree nuts (cashew, macadamia, pistachio). All products are made in a shared kitchen that handles other nuts and seeds. Not suitable for those with severe nut allergies.
