Bring your empty jar on refill day. We rinse, refill, and hand it back fresh — wait while we pour.

Jar inspection checklist

Before each Monday pickup, please confirm your jar meets every item below. We inspect every jar at the counter and may refuse any that don't pass.

  • Glass only — 32oz or smaller, wide-mouth preferred
  • Washed with hot soapy water and fully dried inside
  • No cracks, chips, or visible damage on rim or body
  • Tight-sealing lid included (no loose, warped, or missing lids)
  • Free of strong residual odors (no coffee, kombucha, sauces, etc.)
  • Labels removed or clean — no sticky residue around the rim
